Clear expectations.
From the start.
Using this website
Le Brouillard LLC publishes information about its services and free planning tools. Please use the website lawfully, respect other people’s information, and do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt the service.
Estimates and educational tools
Calculator results depend on the inputs and stated assumptions. Business, tax and financial content is general education, not individualized accounting, legal, investment or tax advice. It is not a tax return, filing service or payment instruction. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions. We do not guarantee business results, search placement, tax savings or that every individual circumstance is covered.
Project agreements and prices
Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement or confirm a paid booking. A written proposal or agreement confirms deliverables, payment terms, exclusions, timelines and applicable promotion conditions. Website estimates do not replace that agreement. Third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included.
Advertising and upkeep pricing
Advertising management uses the applicable monthly minimum or 15% of eligible managed media spend, whichever is higher, unless a custom agreement specifies otherwise. Setup and media are separate; combined spend is counted once. Upkeep scope and provider charges are defined separately, with extra approved agency work at $75/hour in 15-minute increments. See the full pricing explanation. Existing signed agreements remain controlling; prospective changes require agreement.
