Your services, content and technical needs can change after launch. Choose ongoing care that fits your website’s platform and the amount of attention it needs.
ESSENTIAL / $79/MONTH
Basic uptime monitoring, applicable software/security updates and routine technical maintenance, with backup monitoring or scheduled backups where the platform supports them. The actual arrangements are defined for your stack.
CARE / $149/MONTH
Essential care plus up to 30 minutes of small content edits each month and routine technical support. Suitable when existing-page details need occasional changes without becoming a separate development project.
PRIORITY / $249/MONTH
Essential care plus up to 90 minutes of small content edits each month and priority support response. The support scope is agreed before starting; no specific response-time guarantee is implied.
A static website, a CMS and a site with multiple integrations have different maintenance needs. We review the stack before describing what updates, monitoring and backups are appropriate. You will know which activities the agreement covers and which require separate work.
Small edits are for changes within existing content and layout. New pages, redesigns, major features and custom development are quoted separately. Editing time does not roll over. Hosting, domains and paid licenses are identified in the agreement rather than assumed into the monthly fee.
Upkeep is optional, including for customers who purchase a website from Le Brouillard. We can also discuss care for an existing site once its platform, access and condition have been reviewed.
Approved upfront terms offer recurring-fee discounts of 5% for three months, 8% for six, 10% for nine and 12% for twelve. The term covers the same agreed scope. Setup fees, development and third-party costs stay separate, and renewal is not automatic.
